"Bride and Gloom"

Films: The Blood Spattered Bride (1972)

Alias: Mircalla

Type: Mystical

Location: Haunted home

Height/Weight: That of an average human.

Affiliation: Evil

Summary: Sigh. Once again, ol' Mircalla Karnstein is back. What was it with this decade and their obsession with this blood-sucking succubus? We honestly might never know.

History: Newlywed Susan has been having some strange dreams ever since she and her husband moved into that weird house. It always revolves around a female vampire named Carmilla encouraging her to kill her husband with a dagger. Time only knows if this will escalate.

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: The husband accidentally brings Carmilla back to her old abode (after finding her buried in the sand, no less), and the vampire quickly seduces Susan, converting her and killing alongside her. The husband soon kills the both of them and all other vampires in the household.

Powers/Abilities: Dream manipulation and standard vampire abilities.

Weakness: Standard vampire ones, though a bullet in the head works just fine.

Scariness Factor: 3-It's Carmilla. At this point, she's become a bit predictable. That's not to diminish her ability, but still.

Trivia: -This film was often featured in a double-feature including "I Dismember Mama".

-The English dub of this film reportedly did a lousy job making the Spanish accents sound American. We honestly don't care about accents, dubbers. Just let us see the film as it originally was.

Eh. Marceline's the better lover.
